I love recipes that leave leftover beer! I used Stella Artois in this one. Tasty things but I do believe they could use more seasonings. I really only tasted batter and chicken. I ate mine plain.

I did measure the salt. I forgot there was salt though! I really just tasted batter and chicken. I think some smoked paprika would be good, too! Love that stuff! :)

Ummmm. That is interesting. It is a change. That was not there when I made it! I wouldn't have forgotten an ingredient like that! And it doesn't say in the directions when to add it.
