  Great recipe I used on a 3 lb sirloin tip roast for about 12 hours. The meat was tender and full of flavour. Will be making again.

  Hi Cosmicmother sorry keep forgetting to check back on this. I did not cut it up into steaks left it as a full roast. Roasted in my small roasting pan added the marinade and a little water. Did at 350 for about 1 1/2 hours.
