Blackened Jalapeno-serrano Salsa

    Wowee I thought this would be way too spicy, so I used 5 jalapeno and 2 serranos and used cherry tomatoes enough to equal probably 3 roma's. This had nice heat and I could have handled the amount of peppers calld for. I seem to think when you cut open a jalapeno you can smell it and tell how spicy it is lol! If mine had smelled really spicy I probably would have used even less. I love the taste of the charred peppers! I did my peppers under the broiler. Served this on tostadas. Good stuff and not for those with heat sensitivity :)
