Blue Mousse

    Recipe by Keni: Blue Mousse
A great mousse. Stands tall in the serving dish. Not your ordinary flaccid pudding like texture.
Wish I had some extra berries for garnish and curb appeal. Maybe I'll put a dollop of blueberry jam on top.

    *phew*! :) :) :)

So glad you both liked it... and, I think it's awesome that you BOTH made the jam, too.. heck, I created this recipe because of the homemade jams... was one of those, "I wonder if" moments... that worked!

Doubt whether I'll get any of this. I stole a teaspoon sampling after it chilled so I could review. Blackberries and blueberries are some of mother's favorite things and then she will feel real glad.............. It's sing along time.
I think she'll grab this lot and eat it on the bus on the way to the senior center in the morning.

LOL points! Your moms too cute ;)

Keni, I actually wanted to make your mousse then saw the recipe for the jam and that's when I decided to make that! Both were so easy! Glad we could try them ;)

Am I the only one who wants to play Bingo...or the slots... with Mother? :) :) Adorable. She has fans here, that's for sure!

pleasing her is always smile enduring, for sure... it's a possibility of a dual win, or loss, if a recipe bombs, in P7O's house! hehe

    Made this again.
Mother wanted something soft that wasn't sweet like chocolate.
This seems to fit the bill.

I must have missed this the first time around. This looks really interesting to me. I wish I ate more dessert. Well, no - I don't. :)
