Recipe by Cheffiona: Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake/saved
    Good cake.
It's quite a thick batter that runs up the beaters. But keep on beating, as it thins out some.
Might have to coat the berries with flour to keep them suspended in the batter.
Going to share slices of this with my customers at the farmers market tomorrow to entice them to buy blueberries.
Made my own yellow cake mix.

Do you have your own stand at the farmers market?

This looks SO easy! Nice looking cake ;)

Yes. Rent a booth by the month. This week blueberries. Maybe in a couple of weeks grapes. Getting a line on honey and blackberries but the price has to be right.

A lemon glaze does sound good on this, but it looks pretty good on is own as well!

No complains from the market buyers. And it did prompt blueberry sales.
Have 5 pints left. Enough to make a batch of blueberry jam.

That's neat points. I have a local farmers market I shop at and LOVE! It's always good to have one around ;)

I didn't know that trick about flouring the berries. Thanks for that P7O.

Good tip on coating the berries in flour ... That trick works good for any other additions such as nuts or raisins ;-)
