Brazilian Chicken Curry

Recipe by Pleclare: Brazilian Chicken Curry/saved
Another set it and forget it recipe in a crock.
Good flavor. Couldn't really taste any coconut flavor. Everything was done in 4hrs on HI. Let the salt shaker be your friend.
I assume the onion was supposed to be cut up in some fashion, which I did, instead of remaining whole.
Had 50% more drumsticks in an economy pack. So I increased everything appropriately.
Tossed the drumsticks in the curry powder in a large bowl to keep my hands from turning yellow.
Used red potatoes. Don't think the change hurt the recipe at all.

Another great looking biscuit. Dang. :-)
I've never had curry either! I don't even have a clue as to what it tastes like. This looks pretty easy though.

Curry comes in different heat levels. All I have ever bought is without any heat.

Looks amazing PSO! Love crock pot recipes:) I also love curry. It's quite pungent and may be an acquired taste to those who have yet to try it:) But, you should give it a whirl, you may love it;)
