I have a ton of bagels in my freezer, so I figured it's time to start using them lol! I actually made this for lunch. It was really good! My bagels were not "Everything bagel" even though those are delicious. I just used a honey wheat bagel. After I toasted the bagel, I decided to put the cheese (I used cheddar) on and throw it in the oven to melt a little. I really prefer my eggs runny so to minimize mess I layered things a bit differently. Tomato on top of cheese then bacon then egg on top. Spread the cream cheese on the top bagel. Before I put the top bagel on I broke the yolk and spread it around then added the top to kind of soak up the yolk. Yeah this was a little messy, but it was so worth it for a runny yolk :)

YUM! Looks delicious Michelle! There used to be a big shop down town called "The Great Canadian Bagel Co." that would make such awesome bagel sandwiches for brekkie. How could this not be delicious right!
