After Frankie posted that BBQ pizza recipe below I have been craving it BUT I didn't have the gouda to make that one. So the search was on and I came across Keni's recipe. I really enjoyed it! I used the BBQ method with the chicken but when it came to drizzling at the end I used buffalo sauce, so I used both choices! Had the blue cheese so I used it. This was an excellent lunch!

Geez that looks great. Im so hungry, now. What torture, looking at that pic. I really need to try and make pizza. Its on my to do list. That pic is pushing it closer to the top. Im gonna try one in my CI ( <----- got that abbreviation from you, ml2c. Took me a while to figure out what you meant by CI press) skillet. Thanks for the heads up

Yay! :-) Glad you enjoyed it, luv... I can't add it to the group til you officially review it, though, I don't think. ;-)

And, yes, MP, you do need to do just that.... you and your chicken, you'd like this one, I'm sure... hehehe... the new one I posted, though, we liked even better.... of course, it has bacon, so, that's a given. ;-)

Woops! Thanks Frankie, I rated it (and I know you just love catching people on that one) :) Mr P homemade pizza is the BEST!! And I actually stole the CI from Keni, hehe. I love the sound of your new pizza Keni, but I'm out of bacon.... *gasp*!

    I'm sorry, that doesn't compute...

    out

    of

    bacon?????

    surely you jest ;-)

and, yeah, the CI came from trying to "tag" my recipes for one of our old AR buddies cus she asked me to show her which recipes I used my cast iron in.... she was of the school of thought that cast iron was only for bacon and corn bread, so I set out to prove how wrong she was. hehehe Anyway, that's long since gone.. I need to go edit those titles cus now they look funny....

odd you'd have to tell MP that, though... since he JUST made one of my recipes where CI was in the title! hehehe

I wanted to ask what the ci at the end of the recipe meant back when I booked it After that I forgot about it being there. It never dawned on me that it meant cast iron until now. It doesnt say cast iron anywhere in the recipe. I just figured it was signature or something.

And yeh, I do love me some chicken. Never get tired of that. Or fish. Or steak. Or rice. Or ice cream : )

Yall are too funny... and no I'm not jesting, lol! I need to make a major store run!

MrP Keni has a very helpful "recipe" on CI and her symbol using too here ---> Not A Recipe Just A Message About Cast Iron. She actually really got me into using my cast iron A LOT more and it's one of my favorite cooking equipments!

Your check is in the mail, my dear...

gotta properly compensate my biggest fan! ;-)

That reminds me... I'm quite sure I have missed several recipes that you've made over the years, luv.... you've made more than anyone else on the site, by far.... and I don't think they're all in IMI, yet.... I'm still keeping my eyes open, though!

I'm glad you use your cast iron more, now.... I still can't imagine my kitchen without it!
