  A nice cookie. It's more like a biscuit in texture. Like the frosting but I have to say EEEWWWWWW because I know what's in it. If I didn't know it was chock full of butter and shortening I would be happy as a smiling bearded clam.
  Made 21 cookies but can be more. I used an extra heaping tablespoon as a measure. Be sure to spray your spoon with oil so the dough won't stick.
  Wait 5 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
