Butterscotch Pudding

    Recipe by Mbelisle: Butterscotch Pudding/saved
    Recipe very similar to the last butterscotch pudding I made except for the egg yolks. Thickened up well with good flavor. It formed a skin right away while resting in the pot for 10 min. Was going to stir it several times as it cooled to room temp but the skin made some undesirable lumps. So I containerized them right away with plastic wrap in contact with the pudding.

    Doubled the recipe without trouble.
