I saw this in here when Gkwillow made it and I knew I had to try it too! it was very good! I made some substutions, but this would work with any of your favorite ingredients! I served this with the Onion Pan Bread from my previous thread.

Yeah, that should be 2 qt, not 4 qt..wish I could make a correction in the recipe, Hopefully, people will realize the typo if they do decide to make this,

I have no idea what I used honestly (made this years ago) but I said I halved the recipe, and can tell by my pic, I used one of my round white dishes. Now I'm curious if I even checked the size or just used what look like would fit the amount of food like I usually do. I have 2 different sized round dishes so I will check those out tomorrow, sorry, family is sleeping and banging around in my cabinets is not a good idea ;)

Tomato time in my garden too. This recipe fits the bill. Liked the flavor a lot. Although I did have to use a 2 1/2 qt casserole dish. My measurements must have been on the large size. Added a pic to the recipe.
