  My sister loves bacon. When we were discussing the menu for Thanksgiving and got to dessert she said, "Can't we just have bacon?" I made this up for her as a surprise for her dessert. She absolutely loved them. I'm her favorite sister now. Well, I'm her only sister but these made her love me all the more. :)
  These are very easy to do and they are quite tasty. Pictured are four slices of bacon - minus two pieces for the cook to taste. If you make the whole pound the recipe calls for, I would think you would need more than one cookie sheet or a mighty big pan. This is probably a good kid recipe and it wouldn't take long for them to see their results. Definitely no more than 15 minutes. You'll just be getting a whiff of burnt sugar smell right around that time.

  Great picture!! I made bacon just like this off AR before but it had a little cayenne pepper added for a spicy/sweet flavor. This one looks more down your alley...I know how the spicy goes for you....
