  Recipe by Lillyann: Caramelized Onion Mashed Potatoes
  Delicious potatoes. Headliner pic is definitely not the recipe pic.
  Lots of onion in this one. More that the potatoes when all is raw. But the onion cooks down and browns up which changes the potatoes to the same brown color.
  Rustic mashed red potatoes with sour cream and 2 cheeses and lots of onion with bacon sprinkled makes for a different mashed potato but tasty.
  Don't worry about adding any more salt. It is well seasoned.
  My first time at fully caramelizing onions.
