    Carrot Bake By Fankianne
This is a wonderful savory, moist, fluffy little great recipe. My very Picky HB gave it a High 5!!! We had it hot out of the oven and cooled both equally tasty. LOL The hardest part is getting the carrots out of those little jars!!! My pics aren't as nice as Frankianne's but would highly recommend making this to anyone. It came out perfect after 35 minutes. Also a great way of getting veggies into people who have a dislike for veggies. I will be making this again.:-) I can see this having many possibilities.

That looks and sounds like it would be good right out of the oven with some ice cream on top : )

Wow I must have missed this one! Looks good!

I love recipes that use baby food in adult food! It makes me giggle. I have a recipe for banana bars that you can sub banana baby food if you don't have ripe bananas. It makes me laugh when I use the baby food version of them and the hubs takes it to work and 8 guys chow down on them and don't even know the difference!

I was telling Good4U that I thought baby food would be good diet food as it (must be) is nutritious and can't be many calories in a jar. Then I googled "baby food diet" and found out that its already a diet that movies stars like Jennifer Aniston and others are using. I'm too late in the "get rich" idea department, as usual. :-)

Hmmm...what do you know about that? A new one to me. My favorite baby food to eat as an adult (although some might question whether I really grew up or not) is Blueberry Buckle. But being in the dessert category, I'm not sure that would be on the diet menu. ;)

Seems its not a highly recommended diet. Guess if/when you go off it, you really go off it and overeat. Apparently, adults like to chew something of substance when they eat. Not much to chew in baby food - blueberry buckle or not. :-D
