How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Coat an 8” square baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine carrots and butter; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix until well blended, then pour into prepared baking dish. See Photo
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (mine was done at 35 minutes).
  • (Mr. Food says squash, pumpkin or corn baby food can also be used instead of carrots.)

    Frankieanne, Question on the baby carrots were they strained
    or junior? Could I possibly puree them in a blender. LOL I went to buy some and could not believe how many types of baby food carrots are available!!!???

    I bought one jar of baby food squash to use in some recipe, but now I can't remember what it was... :) Since everything in your recipe would easily reduce down in 3rds, I'll try this as an individual souffle... Thanks for helping me figure out what to do with my baby food! :D
