Cheddar Biscuits With Garlic Butter

    Recipe by Luisascatering: Cheddar Biscuits With Garlic Butter/saved
    Finally another good biscuit recipe that gives an inch rise over the dough. Flavorful.
    Had to use 1c buttermilk less 2Tbsp. Might could have gone to the full cup.
    Baked up in 23 minutes. Last 10 minutes, turned the convection fan on to help the biscuit color up.
    Cut out round biscuits. Hope you don't mind.
    Don't think one needs parchment paper except for the clean up.
    Used regular unsalted butter instead of the garlic. I'm sure the garlic would throw a bunch more flavor.
