    It's a nice casserole. Only used a small pinch of cayenne.
    A while back I mixed my straight up paprika with my smoked paprika. The smoked paprika flavor is well tasted in this otherwise sort of bland grits casserole.
    Grits. It is what it is.
    Recipe comes out to spec. It's fluid enough to be eaten with a spoon after the 10 minute post bake wait. Another 10 minutes and it thickens up some more.
