Delicious and easy pasta! I tasted the sauce before adding it to the tortellini and it tasted very roasted red pepper-y. Once adding it to the pasta it mellowed and was perfect! I used whole milk and added some parmesan on top when plated. So pretty and picture worthy! Also stuck with my usual spinach cheese tortellini. Very good!

I'm glad you pointed this one out, ML2C. I have a jar of roasted red peppers with olive oil and garlic cloves in my pantry and cheese tortellini in the freezer. This is just the recipe I was waiting for.... ;)

Thanks Frankiel It actually wasn't too creamy, it didn't call for much cream/milk. Milk is what I used, out of cream. It was very decadent regardless though.
