Cheese Tortellini With Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

    Delicious and easy pasta! I tasted the sauce before adding it to the tortellini and it tasted very roasted red pepper-y. Once adding it to the pasta it mellowed and was perfect! I used whole milk and added some parmesan on top when plated. So pretty and picture worthy! Also stuck with my usual spinach cheese tortellini. Very good!

    Thanks Frankiel It actually wasn't too creamy, it didn't call for much cream/milk. Milk is what I used, out of cream. It was very decadent regardless though.
