    This recipe is already in the reviews profile but there is no link back to it.
    A very tasty dish. Well colored.
    Doubled all and baked it up in a 9x13 dish.
    Used yellow cheddar. That's what I had and as far as I know the only difference is the coloring added to the cheese.
    A little water added to the flour before adding it to the sauce will make it a little less lumpy but in the end I couldn't tell if there were any.
    Diced up the 'shrooms per instructions but the headliner picture shows the 'shrooms a step above dice. Would have enjoyed the 'shrooms a little more if they were sliced or cubed but just as well they lent good flavor to the sauce.

    I steamed the veggies so I could get them to the tenderness I like. Also grabbed caraway seeds instead of the celery seeds. It was before I put my eyes on. Went ahead and used celery seeds too. Don't think it hurt the flavor at all.
    Also beat my meat down to even thickness so it would all get done together.

    Now it doesn't actually say you bookmarked it. I jumped to conclusions that you bookmarked it at the same time you commented.
    If I care enough to comment on a recipe, I will 99.999% of the time bookmark it.
