  It'sa gooda pasta disha. : )
  All flavors shine through.
  I'm in disagreement with washing the cooked pasta with cold water.
  A pasta going in the oven for additional cook time should not be rinsed.
  A pasta going in a cold salad type dish should be rinsed in cold water.

  That looks good, pso. Kinda like a penne lasagna kinda thing with the ricotta in there. That sounds like one of those dishes that tastes great the next day.

  Cottage cheese doesn't have much flavor for me, especially with all the other flavors mixed in, that is unless I make my own cottage cheese and ricotta. I didn't take the time to do it this time. It has a light slightly sweet flavor.
