    That looks yummy. Did the single flour tortilla on the bottom of the pie plate come up cleanly? Can't really see in your photo if it is still there or not. But it would be hard to being so thin.

    Yes, it did come up...but I greased the dish really well before placing the tortilla inside...and it released perfectly. I used a pie server to remove it from the dish. I was going to add a tortilla as a top crust also, but when I saw how nice and thick the batter was, I knew I wouldn't need one. The batter formed a perfect top crust, along with the grated cheddar.
