    Recipe by Redsfantracy: Chicken And Sausage Creole
    Found this to be a little on the spicy side even though I cut back the creole seasoning by 2/3rds. That's t's instead of T's.
    Would have liked to enjoy the mix of flavors more than the heat.
    Used Poached Chicken And Superb Stock to make the rice.
    Chicken was made ahead of time in the antecedent recipe. It does come together quick. My simmer times were less than spec because the tomato sauce was pretty thick already.
    Used Emerils Creole Seasoning
    This is something Keni would like, heat wise.
