Chicken Bruschetta Sandwich

  I was so surprised how the vinegar soaked into the chicken perfectly mimic the vinegar in a bruschetta! For the bread I used ciabatta. I read over and over and could not find where to use the rest of the divided chopped herbs! I'm known for looking over stuff.... I ended up just mixing it in with the tomato mixture, which I think worked perfectly! I love the minimal times I get to buy fresh mozzarella...it's so good!
