    Chicken In Apple Cider Marinade/saved

Absolutely delicious! I had a busy day and this was easy to put together..LOVED the ginger in this! Used chicken tenders so I baked for less time..I served this with rice. Thanks Karen..I'll be making this often!

I've been eye balling this one for awhile. Your photo looks so very good, Marie. I'll have to break down and buy apple cider and give it a try.

If you have a juicer, fresh apples is the way to go for wonderful apple cider. Mix up varieties for best flavor.
If you have to buy it from the store, buy Martindellies brand.
Be careful not to buy a cider or juice with high fructose corn syrup.

Apple cider is only out for the fall and winter season for us and is usually displayed in the produce section. It's yummy stuff :)

Apple cider is just unfiltered apple juice.

Thanks Bren & Nadine! This is such an easy recipe and totally delicious:)

I thought the same thing FA...I read apple cider vinegar at first glance..yes, it was easy to find..like Michelle mentioned, you usually see it this time of year during the holiday season..I did purchase a less expensive brand..cause it was on sale..I might splurge and buy Martinelli's (like PSO mentioned) next time..they have good quality apple juice and cider http://www.martinellis.com/products/juices/ I find this in the juice section of the grocery store..

Michelle, they didn't have the cider in the produce section any longer...I was kindof amazed, I thought for sure I wouldn't be able to find any! We like to add some to the crock pot with cinnamon sticks and orange rinds among other things (can't remember all of the ingredients) for some hot cider during Christmas:) Amazing aroma..

PSO, I have a juicer..and it's up with my food processor..takes far too much energy to get it down:-D ..we do have a local apple orchard here that sells all kinds of fresh apples..I need to pick some up and stop being so lazy:)
