Chicken Kiev Pizza

    Another Keni recipe

Her page is starting to get filled up with all my reviews lol! This was a good change up from the tomato pizza sauce base. I made this for myself for lunch and I used Naan bread for the crust. I only used about 1 1/2 Tbs butter and just eyeballed the rest. Broccoli and Havarti were my choices, but I know this would be awesome with the asparagus as well. It would even still be great without the mushrooms (FA:) ! Added a couple pics.

That looks beautiful Michelle and when I read the Post title I said "Oooooo". But I despise broccoli and I don't think I'm brave enough to put asparagus on my pizza. Have to say it sure looks scrumptious though. :)

Lol Janet! It's funny how all of our little taste buds work around here :) I do think you would surprise yourself with the asparagus on pizza...I've had it once and it was good! I'm not a huge fan of raw onions on pizza for some reason, even though I like raw onions. I prefer to get them nice and caramelized first :)

Oh, how come I never saw this one before? That is one of the great things about IMI. I think I would love this - minus the mushrooms. ;-) I love all the other stuff - especially that Gouda! Yum! I love asparagus, too. I'm gonna give this a try. I can get a great garlic Naan where I shop that would be good. Thanks for putting this here! Love the picture.

Hehe, knew you would wanna leave out those shrooms :P Funny, Gouda and asparagus would have been my top choices, but I only had on hand the Havarti and broccoli :) Still delicious though! Garlic Naan is what I used too, I love using that stuff for pizza!
