Chicken Noodle Omelet
I found this using an ingredient search when looking for ways to use up my leftover chicken. I can't remember what ingredients turned this up though. I love finding new ways to use Ramen noodles! Super easy and super filling. I will eat the leftovers for dinner. I would think you would have to love dill to use 2 tsp of it. I thought 1 tsp of Italian seasoning added plenty of flavor. A tad more on the recipe.

Wow this was even better than I expected! I was pretty worried about that amount of dill weed, but it really worked out nicely.Also was worried about the flip because it seemed pretty fragile, but that went well too. Used more cheese than called for :) Has lots of flavor, super easy and very versatile! Thanks for showing us this FA..it was delicious!

I think a lot of things would be great in this! Yeah I think dill is one of those herbs you can use a lot of. I have a tomato soup recipe that calls for 2 Tbs. and it's very subtle. Thanks :)
