Ingredients
  • 1 (3 ounce) pkg of ramen noodles. Flavor as you want I like oriental.
  • 3 Tbls butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 ts sesame oil
  • 1/2 ts soy sauce (optional)

Directions
  1. Cook ramen noodles per package directions but do not add flavor packet.
  2. Drain well in colander
  3. Whisk the eggs, onions, 1/2 of the seasoning packet, sesame oil, and soy sauce plus any additional items you might want to add to mixture and mix with fork and set aside.
  4. Heat butter on med high in a nonstick skillet
  5. Add drained noodles to skillet and brown lightly about 2 to 3 minutes. Refrain from stirring much.
  6. Pour whisked egg mixture over noodles and gently stir in and let egg set enough to flip the egg patty over.
  7. Flip the patty over and cook the other side till egg is set about 2 minutes
  8. flip over again and cook about a minute longer
  9. Serve with soy sauce
  10. If you add other ingredients to mixture you will need to adjust cooking time to accomodate the additions
