Chicken Thighs With Herbs White Wine And Lemon
I absolutely loved this! I had two thighs but I didn't reduced the sauce ingredients and was happy I didn't do that because the sauce reduces down to this really lovely combination of flavors. Made a couple of substitutions with stuff I had on hand. A really great dish.

Ha! I checked another recipe pic of hers and I could make out "adventures" and figured the 2 letters in front had to be "un" and when I googled it, her blog came up:)..LOL I sometimes surprise myself Michelle:)

She has some lovely recipes, doesn't she:)
