    This was delicious. So very simple and quick. The chicken came out very moist. Very, very. I loved this. I made it per spec and wish I had doubled it. I did cook it in a meatloaf pan. I dont know if thats what made it so juicy. Oh, I also found a small can of chilpotle <sp?> peppers which I added on top before cooking. Those had some pretty good heat. I wanted to pair it up with Cheesy Fiesta Poblanos but couldnt find those peppers. I googled them and they look like a deformed bell pepper. Everyting that looked like them were really small...... So I reverted to rice

    Wow that's almost....too simple! Sounds great though! Too bad you couldn't find some pablanos. That is an awesome recipe too. A bell pepper cut in half long ways would, in my opinion, work great with that recipe!

    It was too simple, ML2C I was sure I needed to add something or do something else. Other than the chilpotle peppers that was it. Thats also the first time have those peppers. They are kind of smokey. Hot. But smokey. Are pablanos hot? I dont think I have ever had them. I dont mind heat. Im just curious.
