- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- Herdez's Chile de Arbol salsa (found in grocer's Mexican section) shopping list

How to make it
- Place chicken breasts in single layer of dish (or you can use a Ziploc bag)
- Pour enough salsa over them to coat good.
- I let marinate in salsa for a couple hours, but you probably don't have to.
- Bake in 350 oven for approximately 30 minutes (careful not to over cook)
- I baked in same dish I marinated them in; if you use bag, transfer all of it to baking dish
- Place cheese slice on each breast last 5 minutes of cooking.

We had this for dinner last nigh with the stuffed poblanos. It was excellent. Plenty spicy for us. You guys do like a lot of heat! Thanks for a great post!
