    Good eats Goodeat!
    Recipe came out exactly to spec. A well flavored dish. So if someone is considering adding a few more noodles, DON'T DO IT. There's no more room in the casserole dish.
    Almost grabbed for the salt shaker a couple of times but didn't.
    Mother picked up on the heat right away, as meager as it was, but finished the whole plate.

    Janet,looks like shredded mexican cheese blend (I'm sure it's in a bag), which usually consists of 2 different cheeses, Monterey Jack & mild cheddar. I have heard of a 4 blend, which consists of the above cheeses and Asadero & Queso Quesadilla..I, personally, have only been able to find the 2 cheese blend (Jack & mild cheddar) where I shop.
