Chipotle Aioli from wynnebaer

    Chipotle Aioli/saved

I rushed to the kitchen and whipped up a batch of this. I like lime to show up even with a strong spice like chipotle so I added the zest of 1/2 a lime. That's just me of course, but I feel like it cools the hot.

I'm very excited about this new condiment. I'll be spreading this on a wrap for lunch topped with Black Bella Tapanade and thinly sliced pork loin. I'm already dreaming of soaking some innocent chicken breasts with it then dusting them with a corn meal breading then bake. The possibilities are endless.

    Thanks Wynne! Picture posted.

Thanks, so happy you like it. I have a batch in the fridge all the time. Husband loves it on everything. Great pic too. Hope you don't mind that I posted it as the main pic on the recipe.

I made this tonight and it was good. I made it exactly as written. After I tasted it I felt it needed something more, so I added 1 more clove of garlic and some liquid smoke. I think I'll use this as a dip for tortilla chips. I added my photo! I don't know why the photo posted twice.

I just don't know how you find these things. This is from three years ago! Thank you though. :)
