I found a new favorite hamburger. This was incredible. Can one suffer from food ecstasy??? Cuz, I think I am.....What a great hamburger
I did double the chipotles and tripled the garlic in the Chipotle Aioli, and I doubled the chipotles in the meat. It wasnt spicy at all. Just awesomely smoky with a very mild heat. Oh, and I didnt have jalapeno jack or cheddar, so I used swiss. I love grilling in the rain and this was perfect.......Wynne, I LOVED this. Thank you, thank you : )

I have a chipotle burger, too, and it's one of the favorites around here! And I've made a similar sauce for fry dipping, etc....making my mouth water.
