Chipotle Burgers

Always looking for ways to use chipotles and came up with this burger....My favorite
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 chipotle in adobo, finely chopped with 1 tsp. of adobo sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 4 slices of pepper cheese ( Use either pepper jack or as I've found recently, Land of Lakes pepper cheese) shopping list
- 4 hamburg buns shopping list
- Toppings shopping list
- sliced onion shopping list
- jalapeno rings shopping list
- sliced tomato shopping list
- sliced red onion shopping list
- sliced avocado shopping list
- Chipotle Aioli (posted) shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chipotle, salt and pepper
- Form into 4 patties
- Grill over medium high heat until desired doneness
- Toast buns
- Add cheese to top of burgers when almost done
- Top with toppings
- Spread with Chipotle Aioli
