    Chipotle Beef Tostadas
Gave credit where credit was due. I'm probably gonna tick someone off someday but I don't like it when someone posts a picture that isn't theirs without giving credit. A recipe is bad enough.
Anyway - these are good and I have lots of leftovers that I hope will heat up well. I'm hoping the zucchini doesn't get mushy. More detail on the recipe.

    Wow..your picture is just beautiful!
Was the recipe hers? Oh well, sounds like it was pretty darn good and Yea on leftovers! I'm gonna have to try cabbage next time I make tostadas..!

Good for you for giving credit. I have to admit that in my early days, I may have posted pictures on things (not necessarily just recipes) before I knew better than to give credit. The way for people to learn than is by spreading the word.

I agree with you Frankie, I completely think it needs to be said when a recipe is copied. I really don't think it's ever fair to steal a picture unless you are able to ask the person permission first. This does look good though, and I love your picture(s) lol! Maybe if you ask her nicely she will remove one? Haha :P

Thank you, ladies. This has heated up well for leftovers so far! Tasty, too, without the cabbage.
Looking forward to that chicken tostada, ml2c. :)

I heated this up as a burrito filling for lunch. It works for that, too!
