    Chipotle Chicken And Noodles
This needed something. I'm not certain what but I'm up for suggestions. "Chicken and noodles and the smokey taste of chipotles" was about all it had. I never cooked noodles in the crockpot before. I didn't really like the texture I ended up with but I'm now thinking those noodles may have been a tad old.
I have three chipotles left. :)

Stock, garlic, an onion component, certainly plenty of salt and either something creamy or something acid to offset the tang of the tomatoes....to start

    In my opinion :)

Onions! Good choice! I thought of garlic and salt (I made this one per spec) but I love the onion idea.

I wouldn't use water in the crock pot like that... you're already steaming the food, so you really need some flavor in the base. So, stock for sure... and yeah, onions in there would help. :)

Well, one thing this chipotle in adobo sauce newbie learned is just because they are part of the recipe, doesn't mean there's a lot of flavor going on.
I see you posted a new one with them in it. Nice!

Was this intended to be a soup? I agree with using stock, and adding some herbs would have been good probably too...the picture looks great though!

Awww, thank you. :) I need to take a closer look.
No, I think it was more of a spaghetti sauce kinda thing. It was OK but I need to dress up the leftovers if I'm gonna eat them.
