I had my mom, sister and niece over for lunch today and I served these. I didn't have any sour cream, which was fine here as my sister is the only sour cream fan. No cilantro either and (truthfully) I forgot it. I have found that cilantro isn't that bad with lime juice on it (yes, this is Frankie Anne here!) and wished I had remembered it. By now my family knows of my ramblings here on this site and they knew they had to rate it. It got a unanimous four stars although everyone ate two. :-) I had watermelon on the side to cool off the chipotle which my mom was grateful for. :)

Yummy those look good! I was expecting the chipotle to be the peppers in adobo, but it's the powder.... still don't think I have that spice! Wow, congrats on kind of liking cilantro... yay!

Thank you, ladies. They were super good shrimp! Yes, I do try the foods I don't like once in a while just to see if my taste has changed. But - I only like cilantro with lime juice. So far. :-)

I know what you mean, Marie. We have a fresh fish stand here in Ukiah but I have never gone for the same reason! I guess I should check it out.
