ChristineM's Stuffed Burgers!

    Peppadew Goat Cheese Stuffed Bison Burgers With Balsamic Glazed Onions

    I used venison for these, fresh thyme, plenty of fresh ground pepper and just stuffed the burgers with all the cheese mixture and topped them traditonally with lettuce and tomatoes, the onions as directed, and a lil spicy mustard.

    Nice stuffed burger. Great flavors.

    Well, I adimit, *I* didn't get to eat that one.... but I did taste them and they were yummy! All who ate them inhaled them and these are burger folks around here!

    We grind a good amount of venison every year.... any bucks and all the extra bits outside of roasts, tenderloins and some steaks/chops. :)
