Cinnamon and Nutmeg Pancakes

Recipe by Mommyluves2cook: Cinnamon And Nutmeg Pancakes

Finally a fluffy pancake! Good for sucking up all that good butter and syrup.

    Added 1 tsp banana extract.

This batter didn't bubble up through and break the surface with air bubbles as a flat flapjack so watch it so you don't keep it on one side too long.

Batter releases well from non-stick surfaces when cooked to a golden brown.

Recipe comes out exactly to spec. I'm very happy with this recipe.

Thanks Points!!! I'll be trying that one soon! I love the fluffy type of pancakes also! In the pic they look nice and high...I like the banana extract idea also! I think added mashed bananas might weigh them down...right?

I left you a comment on your home page points....but I wanna leave one here too! I'm so glad yall appreciate the fluffy pancake. It's hard to believe that so many people prefer them skinny and flat. Anyway...soooo glad you like them, they are our favorite here, so glad to have shared it with you! BTW....LOVE the idea of the banana extract...I bet that gives it an awesome flavor :)

Very nice pancakes. Mine were fluffy but probably would have been fluffier if it weren't for my mother's huge chicken eggs! Extra extra large. :-) I think these would be great with orange marmalade and will do that with the leftovers. My batter did bubble up with air bubbles just fine. Added a couple of pictures to the recipe.

Yay, so glad you liked them FA! I keep meaning to put on the recipe that if you let the batter sit for about 5 minutes it will get even thicker for super thick pancakes :) Thanks for adding the great pic.!
