Thanks - my husband is going to flip over these!
I seldom make pancakes but this is special - can't wait to try - maybe tomorrow a.m.

My husband likes the "thick and fluffy" pancakes (I was raised in a Swedish household, so I'm used to the more crepe-like Swedish pancakes) - he will love these, I'm sure, and so will I. Your picture is mouth-watering! I will hope to get a batch made this weekend. Thanks!

Two of my favorite flavors, cinnamon and nutmeg. I'm going to make these tomorrow for my family as a wonderful surprise.
Lovely share!

Thanks for a great recipe! I made these for snacks for Joy School today and they were a big hit. I made small cakes and served with butter and powdered sugar. I might make another batch for the older kids when they get home from school.
The only thing I changed was to add a tsp aof vanilla.

I have been on the look out for fluffy pancakes. Hope these turn out.
Nice pancakes. Finally found a fluffy recipe. No more flat flapjacks for me.

Made these again. Used up partial bottles of artificially flavored maple syrup, orange marmalade, and mango chutney.
Yeah baby! :P

Made these again. Finding out to keep the temperature as high as possible without going into the burn stage to make the cakes rise better. A light golden brown color leaves the edges of the cakes tapered. A darker brown color makes the cakes rise straight up on the edges. Nice and fluffy. So monitor your heat closely.
Used Light Karo syrup and Honey this time.
