  This is the first time I have ever attempted to make chicken fried steak. I used sirloin tip steaks as I was not able to find round steak. Family loved the recipe. I found that I got a lot of gravy so next time I make I will cut it in half.

  Oh my goodness! I know what's on my menu next week.We love chicken fried steak and country gravy. Got to have lots of pepper too. Add a pinch of cayenne for a kick in the breading too. I buy cubed steak. Nice and tender. Mashed potatoes and steamed carrots. OH YUM!
