    Classic Louis Sauce
Exactly as advertised! Nice balance of chili sauce and mayonnaise. Differs from Thousand Island in the lack of relish, I guess. I had it on a fake crab salad. I love that stuff. I ended up just taking some "crab" and dipping it in the sauce.
    I'm full.

Frankieanne, did you use all that Worcestershire sauce? That's a flavor I don't care for. I have been making our own salad dressings to avoid all the artificial stuff in the bottles. To make Thousand Island, I use mayonnaise, chili sauce or ketchup and pickle relish, but this sounds like a good alternative. We love horseradish!

Thank you. :) I really like that fake crab. I can eat it plain!
You can't really taste the Worcestershire that much, Bakerme. I love that stuff and, personally, I would increase it and the horseradish up to 2 full teaspoons.
