Classic Louis Sauce Recipe
A wonderful cold sauce for Seafood that blows Tartar out of the water!

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Heinz Chili Sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire SAuce
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Onion, grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Flat leaf Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared Horseradish

Directions
  1. In a food processor or in a bowl with a stick blender, mix all the ingredients and blend together until smooth and well combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least several hours or until well chilled.
  3. Serve with your favorite Seafood. This is especially good with cold shrimp and makes an excellent base sauce for shrimp salad sandwiches.
