    Classic Maurice Salad
I've been wanting to make this for quite a while and I finally did! I love sweet gherkins and they were great in this. I was wishing I hadn't cut that ingredient in half like I did all the others. I have a lot leftover. Looks like I'm having another great lunch tomorrow.

    Thanks, NP and MP. :-P.
This is a filling salad, MrP, what with all that meat and cheese. And, with the dressing, its definitely not diet food. :-D

I love the building in Marky90's post! Just gorgeous!! That is a beautiful picture Frankieanne. I've never heard of a Maurice Salad before ever. I'm not a fan of sweet pickles though. Do like all the meat. :)

I used packaged deli slices. Because I cut it in half I ended up with 5 oz of turkey, 3 oz of salami and 7 oz (seven slices) of Swiss. Its a very tasty salad! I'm sure I'll make it again.
