Classic Russian Beef Stroganoff Recipe

    Made this last night for dinner, Classic Russian Beef Stroganoff It was superb! I served it over fresh pasta that I made as well. Seemed like a lot of onions, but they cook down nicely. Not a fan of mushrooms because of their texture, so I cooked them in a pan with no oil until all the water was cooked out, then added to the pan. The flavor is awesome. This will definitely be made again!!!

    Ugh, that's why I don't like mushrooms - the texture. Bleah. Glad to hear someone else say the same thing! I've never made fresh pasta but I've heard it really wonderful. Thanks for showing us what you cooked up last night!

    This recipe looks delicious denny! I bookmarked it :) I've never heard of chicken stroganoff...only beef. Guessing it's the same exact thing, just with chicken? Lol!
