    Like pso, I should not shop without my glasses. Somehow I came home with a liter of A&W Root Beer. So a search for recipes using the words "root beer" was necessary.
    I messed up and totally forgot about the rub for these. I don't even know how I managed to do that. So, the meat part of the ribs was a tad bland but the sauce made up for it. I poured it on and ate two ribs, which is way more than I normally eat. The sauce is delicious.

    Yep, pso. I just do not know what happened here today. Lucky thing the sauce saved the day.

    I had frozen four country style ribs out of the package and I used those. I didn't know how much they weighed so I didn't halve the sauce, which turned out to be good because I used all but 1/4 of a cup or so of the leftover sauce. The sauce is super good.
