Creamed Eggs On Toast

  I had no idea what I was going to think about this, and I loved it!! What a cool different way to eat eggs, who knew lol! I didn't grate my onion, just chopped it up and I cooked it in my bacon grease. Used the suggested Basic White Sauce/saved Used a thin sliced whole grain seedy bread which looks very small on my big plate :) Topped off with some chopped green onion for some color. Thoroughly enjoyed!
