    Had a big belly laugh at this recipe. One tsp seasoning for 5lbs potatoes is hilarious. After I seasoned them up proper there was a nice creamy texture and good flavor.
    Did not bake 'em. Riced 'em and added additions while ricing. Then stirred 'em up, adding warmed 1/2&1/2.

    I want to say 2Tbsp but I'm not sure. Just added some extra seasoning/rub combo that was laying around until the flavor improved.
