Ingredients

How to make it

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces that are the same size. Bring a large pot of water to simmer and add potatoes. Bring to boil and cook 30-35 minutes. When cooked through, thefork should easily slide into the potatoes with no resistance-they are done.
  • Drain the potatoes in a large collander.. When they are finished draining, place back into a dry pot. Put back on the stove and Mash over low heat..(allow all heat to escape before adding other ingredients)
  • Turn off stove, then add butter, cream cheese and the half n half. Mash well!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then add the Lawreys Salt and black pepper.
  • Stir well and place in a medium size baking dish and top it off with some more butter !!! Place in 350 degree oven and heat until all butter is melted and dish is warmed through.
  • Serve or Let cool and cover and refrigertate until serving.
  • When ready to reheat, bake in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes until warm!!!!!
