This was delicious! I always try and use fresh nutmeg when I can and it always adds a unique flavor in savory dishes that I love. I never have Ramano on hand, so I used parmesan. I'm sure this has been asked before but is there any way to delete a picture? The first picture I posted on the recipe is of a swiss chard recipe. It looked so close I accidentally uploaded it. Oops....

I'm gonna check out your Steeler's game tomorrow night, hopefully they do better than last week! I don't know if you've seen any of the Texans games but I swear they are gonna give me a heart attack if they keep doing this to me!!!

I did watch a lot of the Texans game. :)

I don't have a lot of hope this season...we lost 3 starters, two for the season, last game....errr...first game...hehehe.... it's okay. Still a fan, not gonna be callin' for the coaches head or the players or whatever. That's the story of football

Besides, I still have the Tide! hehehe

That's okay...at least they looked a lil better than last week. Early season yet with lots of good players out. We'll see what happens. :)

Romano and nutmeg made a great flavor combo. Fresh grated of course.
Doubled up the sauce ingredients 'cause I put it over buttered fettuccini noodles.
Kept 'shrooms and spinach as the single recipe.

    Roll Tide!

I didn't think about putting it over pasta! That's a great idea and I may steal it :)
